One of the biggest traps we all fall into is thinking that we have to do everything ourselves. Yes, you do need to find the solution to your potential customers’ problems if you want to make money but you don’t have to create the product yourself.

Selling your own product will make you great money but if there is already a great product out there then why reinvent the wheel? If someone else is better qualified to create that product you will serve your customer better by referring them to an expert.

So how do you make money then?

You make money by becoming a referring partner with the person whose product you recommend. For every sale you recommend, they send you a percentage of the sale.
