BONUS MEMBER MASTERMIND CALL
After Amanda’s call I stayed to faciliate a members mastermind call
for another hour. We covered a huge range of topics including ebay, pros
and cons with using click bank, Payment gateways especially for
Australians. We also talked about the benefits of gold membership and I
revealled some pretty exciting opportunities we have coming up for gold
members – especially an opportunity to create a product together. I
recorded this session and it is already available in the member’s area, under audio and interviews, for gold members to listen to.
My question to you
Tell me (and the rest of our community) – what do you think about the opportunities with eBay? How do you see it fitting in with your plans?
I for one am looking at ways I can tie in my existing digital and physical information products so I can use them to increase the number of people who discover Wonderful Web Women (and make some money too of course). What are your ideas?
I am a brand new Gold Member after having been a free member for the last 5 calls. I’ve gotten great usable information from the calls, but I especially have appreciated the extra time Janet takes after the calls for Mater Minding. This is invaluable; thank you Janet.
Regarding eBay:
I have sold things on eBay (e.g. Beatkes memorabilia) and I haven’t decided yet whether to pursue doing more. But I wanted to pass this piece of information along that may be useful for those of us who are…or are going to be…selling information products.
I had listened recently to a Dan Kennedy/Bill Glazer Inner Circle Gold Member call in which Bill interviewed a gentleman by the name of Andrew Locke who uses eBay in an unconventional way; i.e., for lead generation.
He stated that there are more searches done daily on eBay then on Google and that these eBay searches are far better as all searchers on eBay are buyers (not so on Google where celebrities are often the most highly searched categories). He recommended selling an inexpensive report for $.99 (ninenty-nine cents) or an inexpensive product. Then once someone buys, he/she becomes a lead for your list to whom you can market your larger back end products. He says that it is very successful no matter what kind of business you are in. Has anyone had experience with this?
He also recommended http://www.auctionresearchtools.com if you are serious about selling on eBay as the software will tell you what sells, give you the best keywords, etc. This is not free software, but does have a free trial period.
He also recommends http://www.auctionaudio.net to add audio and video to you eBay sale items, which he does, as it boosts you sales. I use and am an affiliate for Audio Generator (there is also Instant Video Generator) which I am happy with and this can also be used on eBay.

Welcome as one of our new Gold members. It will we wonderful to get to get to know you as our community grows.
Excellent advice re combining Internet marketing and eBay. This is something I know Amanda is going to cover in her workshop. I’d really like to give your suggestion a trial before the workshop so I can give some feedback on how it works.
I’ll let you know how it goes. I think I will test it for one of my niche sites I have with a JV partner at http://www.landscapephotoschool.com and then later for a site I am launching in 2 weeks time at http://www.wonderfulwebseminars.com .
I’ll keep you all posted on the experience. Love to hear of any success (or other) that others have with this technique.
