How to Use Your Blog for SEO and free traffic

I ran into Jennie Armato at a seminar a few weeks ago and she told me of the techniques she has been trialing with her blog and her client’s blogs. They have been getting incredible rankings in the search engines quickly and also free traffic fast. I twisted Jen’s arm and convinced her to share these techniques which she normally only gives to her high paying customers. Boy, did she deliver.
