Today I interviewed Gabriela Rosa and wow, what a powerful interview. Gabriela shared with us strategies to eliminate the limiting beliefs we have that are sabotaging our success. As well as sharing very generously, she also gave 3 of our members the opportunity to workshop through their limiting beliefs, right there on the phone. I was curious to see how this would go. After all, how much can you achieve in a short time on the phone?

The effects were amazing. Participants went from describing a fear as “paralysing” to “it doesn’t really seem important anymore”. In 15 minutes! Before I discuss limiting beliefs and how to work with them, let me share an email I received straight after our interview finished….
