    Learned an important lesson: the free account allows only 100 replies! Had quite a few frustrated folks who couldn’t get in to leave their thoughts … ah, the joys of learning from experience!

    I’d never upgraded my service with them as I haven’t (up until now) used them enough to need the bells and whistles (or more than 100 replies, as I’ve used this mainly as pre and post-program assessment of learning for client companies).

    My fingers are croosed for the amazing give-away – cheers! Sandi
