Joint Ventures in The Wonderful Web Community

Wow what a marathon call this morning. We covered:

• The basics of a Joint Venture Partnership – definitions
• Win, Win, Win options in a JV
• Power imbalances and what to do to correct them
• Different ways you can do joint ventures amongst people who are in our community.

We then looked at specific examples of how people on the call could JV together. Wow was the tweetchat and comments through the webcast page running HOT! There were JVs formed on the spot in tweetchat and I shared heaps of JV opportunities between the people who shared their visions in the Passion to profits Challenge.
