Often in business, well in life really, you are too close to a problem and the possible solutions to see alternative options. This can be for something as big as deciding on a new product line, negotiating a problem with a client or contractor or as small as deciding what to write your next blog post on. You need something that will help you see “outside the box” and get your creative juices flowing.
Instead of hoping for inspiration I have a method I use which triggers lateral thinking any time. It is also strangely comforting. It’s a bit unorthodox but it works every time. I think it taps into our intuition, which we dont normally do in the course of our very busy lives and give us a starting point to, as you say, brainstorm.

Hey thanks for the great feedback. You’re right Wai Kei it is quick and easy which is why it is so effective. We usually make things way too complicated and think we have to wait for the right moment to be creative. Thought Breakers like the goddess cards help you tap into the right place quickly.
