yes I agree with France, the minute I spot and start to hear drama and upsets its great to turn that into a harmonising energy session with me.
Some people need drama in there life, is so true. These drama people seem to be able to suck everyone else in to their drama. We all need to be on our guard. I work with people who have allowed the drama at work cause them to in trouble with the boss – not good.

I try to stay away from all forms of drama – its just too stressful and it could never beat gardening in the sun, trying a new raw food recipe, doing a downward dog or having a nice long shower! I couldn’t imagine drama in my business – that would be just way too much!

The drama substitutes for excitement. If you are enthralled by what you are doing you won’t get hooked by any drama about it.
More generally it is about getting what the child inside needs. It is getting our unmet needs met that hooks us.
