This is quite a long question from Cate Richards but I have included all of it as it has some great learning for you. In short, the question I answer here is:

In your List Building Telesummit [Does List Size Really Matter], why did you post all the interviews to one landing page from the outset? In the the model that I see they generally post one per day, leave them 24 – 48 hours and then take them down to drive sales of the recordings. I think that scarcity probably creates a behaviour that you want (ie people to listen when they are free). No need to answer, just wanted you to know I noticed that (all good, from my perspective, and I hope that worked for you).

The Longer Question

Hi Janet,

I wanted to write and congratulate you for the list building interview telesummit, you did a fabulous job. I have listened to probably 30 of these series, but you are the first Aussie I’ve come across doing this and it was great to hear the Australian voices …especially Pete Godfrey, I wondered what the Americans made of him!

Particular strengths were:

I loved the 20 minutes, especially the simple question “who do you work with”, you managed to cut out about 15 minutes of usual filler right there .

You have a lovely natural interviewing style, all the interviews flowed really well, I guess this is preparation and practice!

Unlike most teleseminars you had a real variety of entrepreneurs there. Whilst I listen to lots of different people, from the hard core internet marketers through to the other end of the spectrum such as the “goddesses”, most teleseminars tend to be real like minded fests where you hear the same thing over and over, so this was great. People do have so much in common but there is always a lot to be learned from other styles of marketing.

The brief ending “how can I get more / what is your free gift” was really good. Being just back from Lisa Sasevich’s sales training I noted not all of them seeded much, except Kendall who is a master at those things! (Listen and learn ladies)

I loved Carrie Wilkerson, who I have heard before, but I think you really got a lot out of her. Especially as she essentially talked about a different model to most of the other entrepreneurs who have built ascension models off a coaching or service base, whereas she saw a gap, built a following, sold affiliate and then moved into product creation. (Very smart!) She also gave me a kick up the bum as a I also run a hugely successful offline business and am absolutely struggling to get any work done on my dream business – without 4 kids as an excuse. Just need to make it work!

Other comments (sent in a spirit of love)

Despite being Australia’s telesummit veteran, it wasn’t actually crystal clear that yours was free training, especially on your video landing page. I had to look twice because I thought I had to pay.-

More a question, why did you post all the interviews to one landing page from the outset? In the the model that I see they generally post one per day, leave them 24 – 48 hours and then take them down to drive sales of the recordings. I think that scarcity probably creates a behaviour that you want (ie people to listen when they are free). No need to answer, just wanted you to know I noticed that (all good, from my perspective, and I hope that worked for you).

Janet’s Answer

This is a brilliant question and I love how Cate is not just learning from the speakers in the summit, but also studying and analysing HOW the tele-summit was structured. The process Cate has mentioned (making the live recordings available only for a short time and then selling the bundled recordings as a product, usually at a discount for fast movers) is an excellent model. That is, if your intention is to do a once-off launch, do all the promotion as an intensive campaign and then monetize the recordings. In fact, this is something I teach my students of my Passion to Profits program.

My intentions for the Does List Size Really Matter project were different, so my methods were different.

Know Your Intentions

A friend of mine, Gold Medal swimming champion Shelley Taylor-Smith has a great phrase: “You need an intention before giving it your attention” and she is spot on (no wonder she can stay focused to swim such ridiculously long distances). You see your intention will determine how you structure any project you introduce in your business.

Usually, I find your intentions for a marketing strategy fall into the following categories:

List Building

Cashflow

Market Positioning (Branding)

Customer Retention

The other qualifier will be:

Is this a once off campaign? or

Is this an ‘evergreen’ campaign?

Evergreen List Building

My intention for this project was List Building. So what better way than to interview experts on list building and ask them to promote the tele-series to their lists as part of our Joint Venture? The list building is not one-sided. This project was designed to be a list-builder for every person involved.

If I was concentrating on cash-flow, I would have asked the speakers to make a special offer just for my listeners, for a product they sell. This would allow the speakers to make sales and me to make money from commissions.

Because the total intention of this project was list building, I told the speakers there would be no opportunity to sell. Instead they were asked to provide a special gift for all listeners which would require an opt-in on their website. This meant the speakers could grow their list and many of them created gifts especially for this project.

I organised this project with a short lead time which meant that many of the speakers could easily arrange to be interviewed (20 minutes was easy to find time for) but they could not commit to promote until later than the date I set to launch (NOTE: when you are dealing with successful marketers you usually need to give them a lead time of a few months (sometimes more than 6) because their promotional calendars are booked out). For this reason I decided to make the program “evergreen” so the pressure was off them for when they should promote. It also meant I could have a permanent lead generation funnel set up that I know will continue to entice people onto my list because the topic is so important.

This series will remain free until I decide I will get better traction from making it into a product instead as a list builder.

List Building Versus Cash Flow

An important note is just because you may choose to do a project for list building does not mean you cannot make money. There is always a way to make money. In this case, I created a product especially on this topic and upsold to it when people joined the list and also in the follow up emails.

I didn’t need to save the interview recordings to sell as a product because I already have a huge amount of resources I have created to compile a more powerful product. If I didn’t already have product to sell it would have been a different story. I will also make money down the track when the speakers make sales to the people who joined their lists during this campaign. This is because the links to their gifts are tracked to reward me as an affiliate.

What is Your Intention?

Before you plan your next marketing campaign, really think about what your main intention is. Sure, you can achieve more than one intention with a campaign but there will always be one over-riding intention. Be very, very clear on this. Throughout the planning stage ask yourself “how does this decision I am making on this project match with my intention?”

I’d love to hear what your focus is on at the moment in your business. Is your priority list building or for getting cash in as fast as possible? Maybe your focus is on branding and establishing yourself as a thought leader? Maybe on increasing trust with an existing list? I’d love you to share so make sure you leave your comments and questions below.

Cheers

Janet

Let me share with a you a very simple, and incredibly powerful exercise (the most powerful ones usually are the simplest). If you master this exercise it has the power to revolutionise your business. Seriously.

This is one of the exercises I ran during the recent 4th Dimension Mastery workshop and it resulted in a lot of breakthroughs and Ah Ha moments.

Ready?

Create an Avatar For Your Business

I’ve heard this term bantered about on the Internet lately and first heard it from Jeff Walker (I’m studying his Product Launch Formula). This is my version and how it relates to my framework for creating a successful internet business, called 4th Dimension Mastery.

What is a Business Avatar?

You may be familiar with the movie Avatar? The human researchers take on the form of the indigenous (and gorgeous) creatures on the moon of Pandora. Or you may be aware of the original meaning of Avatar from the Hindu religion where deities / gods take on the form of humans or other creatures.

When it comes to business, an avatar is an imaginary person who represents the composite of your ideal customer. They are described in such detail that they almost seem real. Real enough for you to have a conversation with.

Well, not a real conversation (they’re an imaginary friend, not a real one OK?). But real enough for you to have a one-on-one conversation with when you write your emails, blog posts and sales letters. They are also the person you are talking to on your tele-seminars and videos.

What are the Advantages of Creating a Business Avatar?

If you get the avatar right then your ideal customer will truly resonate with every message you make. They will be naturally attracted to you and may even find themselves thinking “How did she know that is what I am thinking?” It doesn’t mean you will be excluding others who aren’t your exact avatar but you will get the message across clearly to the majority of your ideal customers.

This is how it impacts on the 4 Dimensions of a successful Internet Business:

1st Dimension: YOU

After you have created your Avatar think to yourself “Is this a person I want to do business with?”.You have a choice you know. If you think to yourself that you’d rather not have their company then you need to look at what type of customers you really want to work with.

2nd Dimension: YOUR CUSTOMER

You need to do research to really create your Avatar. At the end of this process you will be incredibly clear on your customer needs and frustrations. I’ve given details on how to research your Avatar in the slide driven tele-class I ran today. You can listen to the recordings for the next week and watch the slide show on the replay page.

3rd Dimension: JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS

A JV partner is someone who has a very similar Avatar to you. They are already providing a complementary (though not identical) service to them. Once you are clear on your Avatar it is easy to identify potential JV Partners.

4th dimension: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

This is the dimension where your customer really interacts with you. By always communicating with your Avatar, rather than communicating as if to a blur of many customers, you will attract them, convert them to sales easier and encourage interaction in numerous ways (for example they will be more likely to comment on your blog posts if it feel as if you are talking directly to them).

How Do You Create An Avatar

Firstly, take the time to listen to this 60 minute class that goes into detail for you. It will be 60 minutes well spent.

Your Avatar should be very specific and include things such as:

Gender

Age

Life Circumstances

Income

Biggest frustrations

History

Aspirations

You can even give them a name and find an image to represent them (just like with the Avatar you may choose to represent yourself in a forum or game).

Here’s Mine

To give you an idea, here’s one I prepared earlier This is an Avatar we created after an intensive survey of my customers last year. I was surprised by our findings (mainly their family situation and interests) which is a good thing in my books. Of course, this is not the profile of every customer but writing to this imaginary person makes my sales copy, blog posts etc much stronger. Ready?

My Avatar (Jenny) is between 35 and 45. She has children who are close to leaving home. She is a professional in that she has education or experience in a career and is actually pretty smart. She wants a change in her life. She doesn’t find her career as fulfilling as she would like and wants more lifestyle freedom. She wants to build her own business and is quite frustrated because, even though she knows she is capable, she is overwhelmed with how much there is to learn and where to start. She wants to build a business on her passions and she is driven by more than money. She wants to make a change in the world in some way though finance and lifestyle is also very important to her. Interestingly, she also has an interest in natural therapies, the environment and personal development. She has access to income other than her business income (through her partner, a part or full time position, or home equity) but knows she can’t rely on this for too long. She’s been learning how to build an Internet business and has taken some action already but is frustrated because she’s not making any money from her endeavours.

Sound familiar? Of course, this doesn’t exclude people who don’t fit this profile. After all, 10% of my customers for Wonderful Web Women are men. But it will only attract those who can relate to my Avatar in some way.

Your Turn

OK Here’s my challenge to you. You’ve got one week to research your Avatar (remember the recording of my tele-class) and post it here below in the comments section. If you don’t get it right the first time, that’s OK. I’ll hang out here and help you refine it further.

The Advantages of Taking Part

You will get some great help from me and others here to nail your Avatar

Your ideal client may visit this post and want to find out more about you (include a link to your web site or Facebook profile if you have one)

Potential JV partners may identify you

You’ll get links back to your web site when you comment

Yep, There’s Prizes

At the end of the week I will randony choose 3 people who have left comments. They win a copy of my best-selling book “Our Internet Secrets”, including the CDRom “How to create 17 in-demand products from just one hour’s work”

The person who creates the clearest Avatar will win my book, plus a 30 minute phone consult with me to help move your business to the next level (one-on-one consults are usually only available for my new Diamond Coaching clients).

So, get to it! Can’t wait to meet your Avatar.

11 sleeps until the 4th Dimension Mastery Workshop in Sydney. Yesterday I went down to The Grace Hotel where the workshop will be held to check out the venue and do a few last minute things. Such a gorgeous art-deco hotel.

One of the things I arranged is to have a few tables in the break-out area for all the attendees to put their networking material. Business cards, flyers, gifts, JV advertisements etc. A lot of events don’t allow attendees to promote their businesses and give out promotional material so if you find an organiser who is happy for you to do this, or even better, actively support you to do this, then make the most of it.

Live events is one of the best places to build your business through relationships but I find most people don’t know how to do this. So I made this short video for you while I was at The Grace.

Find out why live events are so important and the 4 types of relationships you can make at events, and how to prepare.

Hope you can join us at The 4th Dimension Mastery Workshop. If you’ve been leaving it to the last minute to grab the final 8 places don’t delay. The payment plan option closed on July 31st at midnight.

We have entered the Tribal Age of The Internet.

Caring By Evelyn, Age 6. From www.52Virtues.com . Our "Giving Back" project

Now your customers and potential customers actively interact with each other on-line. They expect to interact with you and your brand as part of a community or tribe.
It started a few years ago with blogs. People could leave comments and start to have a say on the Internet, rather than just be passive readers of information. Then it was forums which meant they could start their own conversations.

Then came Facebook, My Space, Twitter, You Tube, Linked In……..there has been an explosion of ways people interact on the Internet and the old ways (last year) of doing business on the Internet are out the door.

It is a fundamental human need to belong. To find a group, a community/ a tribe to interact with and this is happening at a rapid pace on line. People are making buying decisions online based on peer recommendation and what they hear via social networks. Do you like what they are saying about you?

Here are 7 tips to help you tap into the Tribal Age of The Internet

This is just a taste of what you will learn if you join me in The 4th Dimension Workshop.

1. Listen To The Song in Your Heart

Social media allows your customers to get to know you on a much more personal level that in the past. They can tell if you do not truly and passionately believe in what you do and say. Spend the time to clarify for yourself first..What do you really value?
2. Know what a business really is

At it’s most basic, a business exists because you solve people’s problems. If you can provide solutions to these problems that people are willing to pay for, then you have a business. It really is that simple, yet so many people can’t tell you what problems they solve. What problems do you solve?
3. Understand whose problems you solve

Don’t rush this. You need to really understand how your ideal customer thinks, who they are and what their problems are. Take the time to get inside their head. Before I started Wonderful Web Women I spent months talking with my target market. And where did I find them? In the queue in the Women’s Loos at Internet marketing Events! Now you can do it easier. You can find them on Facebook groups, blogs and forums.
4. Get to Know Who Already Solves Your Customers’ Problems

I grew my business very fast through the power of Joint Ventures. At it’s simplest, this means finding people who already solve problems your ideal client has. So think. What other problems does my customer have and who is already successful at helping them? I specialize in helping my closest clients form Jont Ventures with experts.

5. Create a Tribal Platform

To really harness the power of The Tribe they need a place to communicate with you and with others in your community. Importantly, you need a place to call home so you can invite them back to your place, after you’ve met in places such as Facebook, Twitter etc. The Hub of your platform is your blog. This is how they get to know what you really think. Even if you don’t have a business yet, start a blog and start writing what you think. At least it will help you define the very first step I mentioned “Listen to the song in your heart”
6. Challenge Your Customers

We are in the Tribal Age of the Internet and people need opportunities to demonstrate they are part of a tribe. A fun and simple way to do this is to provide opportunities for your customers to take actions to reach their goals, with a challenge to do it publicly. Sort of like a double-dare-you to do this. At it’s simplest, ask your friends on Facebook to define their biggest goals / ideal customer / submit a photo or video. They have a time limit and it must be “all about them”.
7. Plan To Change Lives

If you are creating a business around your passions you have the capacity to change lives. Even one person at a time. So ask yourself this question in every marketing step you take. Can I change this slightly so that people can benefit simply by being exposed to the way I do business? I teach a test I call the 4th Win Test. It is very simple but incredibly powerful and is based on that one question.

I’m going out on a limb here, but it is my opinion that you CANNOT possibly build a successful business without having access to a mastermind group. You look at people you know who have a successful business and every one of them will have access to people to advise them, throw ideas around with and people who expect them to be the best they can be.

I’ve seen first hand numerous times the impact a mastermind group can have on my business, the business of my mentors and those of my students.

There is nothing more powerful to help you grow your business.

I feel so strongly about it that we help all our customers join one of our mastermind groups. It doesn’t matter if they have purchased our $47 per month Wonderful Web Women membership or our higher end products and mentoring that run into the thousands, we help them you find other people from our community to support you.

I’m a member of 2 mastermind groups myself and another faculty that meets a few times per year to help each other grow our businesses. I can’t imagine being in business without them.

There is a good reason a Mastermind Group is listed as the 9th Step Toward Riches by Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich.

OK so you know this is something I’m passionate about. Let’s look at what a Mastermind group is and how to run one.

What Is A Mastermind Group?

At its simplest, a mastermind group is 2 or more people who share a similar purpose and meet to help each other achieve that purpose. Now that purpose could be for many things, but here I’ll be talking about the purpose of building successful businesses.

Each of the groups I am personally part of formed to help each other create a successful business. Interestingly, we all have a very strong personal development focus as well. This makes sense really as I’ve found business development to be the fastest tool for personal development I’ve ever experienced.

Mastermind Groups can meet in person, or via a phone meeting. You may meet on a regular basis, such as weekly or every 2 weeks or maybe you only get together for focused days or retreats.

As an example:

One of my mastermind groups meets for breakfast as a coastal cafe every 2nd Friday.

Another group used to meet via conference phone every 2 weeks but now we meet for a retreat once per year and a second weekend later in the year (this shows that a mastermind can change how they meet to adapt to the dynamics of the group)

Another group only meets once a year or more for a structured “closed door” faculty meeting to share latest business building methods.

Rules To Run a Mastermind Group

Over the years I’ve found the perfect structure to run a mastermind group. It doesn’t matter if you meet in person or via phone, the structure works in all situations. We give our customers a detailed structure to follow but here it is in a nutshell;

The group must agree to why they are meeting. For eg, is it to focus only on business, or is it on personal issues etc

Anything discussed in the group is confidential. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas…not on Facebook

There needs to be a facilitator for each meeting to keep people on track and time. The facilitator should change each meeting so no-one is seen as the boss

No whining. The group needs to focus on solutions, not complaining and making excuses as to why a problem exists in the first place.

No personal criticism. Judge the actions, not the person. Each person must feel safe to discuss their failings.

Strict time-keeping is essential to make sure each person has an equal opportunity to get help from the group

You must allocate time at the beginning and end for the group to socialise and catch up on each others lives. If you don’t the group is nowhere near as much fun.

Be on time. This shows respect for the group

Laugh a lot. Life’s too short to take it too seriously.

I’d love to know what experience you have had with mastermind groups. Please leave a comment below and if you have any handy tips it would be great for you share.

Sometimes you find business lessons in the most unlikely of places. In this short video I share with you some unexpected insights into the power of Joint Ventures from the women who earn their living massaging on the beaches of Phuket, Thailand. And just to demonstrate there is a fine line between work and play, I share these tips while having a massage in Phuket! A tough way to multi-task?

At the end of the video I share how you can apply their successful business model to an online business and ways to turn your competitors into Joint Venture partners.

Love to know what you think. Why not share a comment on the blog here or over at Youtube?

Cheers

Janet

P.S. Here’s something about me you probably didn’t know. In my early 20′s, when I had spent all my money partying, I used to pay the rent by massaging tourists on the beach at Avoca, NSW. Yep, in my bikini. I figured if it worked in Thailand, why not in Australia? During the summer holidays I would start at 9am, approach the first group of tourists, give each a 15 minute massage for $5 then go for a swim. Then the rest of the day I would rinse and repeat as the remaining tourists came over to book the next massage!

I shared stories with the massage therapists in Phuket and we found we had a lot in common.

I’ve learned some big lessons the hard way these past 2 weeks. If you haven’t heard what happened to me (and how you can prevent it happening to you) then get the background story here.

In short, our web host who we had a wonderful working relationship with for two years, went AWOL. Totally missing from the planet and so are our web sites.

We have numerous niche web sites and 2 HUGE web sites with an amazing amount of content. They were backed up….or so we thought. We learnt the hard way that following the back up instructions that came with our membership software does NOT backup your entire site. All of the images, audio files, videos, etc etc..all gone from the net.

Anyway, I don’t want to talk about the negative lessons I have learned through this. Not today. I’ll do that later.

Today I want to share with you an incredibly positive lesson I have learned from this experience.

I Have Not Lost A Single Customer!

My web sites have been down for more than 2 weeks now. I expected a huge exodus. I fully expected to open my Pay Pal account and see row after row of the word “cancellation”. I expected disappointed customers demanding refunds.

I’m sorry I under-estimated you.

All we had were 2 people at the beginning of the month who cancelled because they spent too much at Christmas. They were sad to leave.

In fact, believe it or not, I have been getting emails from people asking where they can sign up and Wonderful Web Women is not live yet.

Why Are You So Loyal?

This is a question I have asked myself over and over these last 2 weeks. I’ve been shaking my head in wonder and gratitude. I’ve been trying to work out what has made our relationship so special so I can share the secret with you. I want you to experience the same loyalty and friendship from your customers.

I think I’ve worked it out. Well, part of it. I think it comes down to two things.

Wanna know?

Authenticity and Connection.

Authenticity

I don’t know about you but I’m not very good at being other people. I certainly learn and am inspired by other people but I’ve never been good at copying their style or pretending to be someone I’m not. I figure if I’m just myself the people who like my style will hang around and those that don’t like me will go away.

This is risky, because if you are going to be the real you in such a public space, you allow yourself to be a bit vulnerable. But if you take the risk and let people see your strengths and weaknesses, then you can have the second element I have identified.

Connection

One of my friends made a comment when I was first lamenting my predicament (and what I was going to do to turn it into an opportunity). He said “Janet, the strength of your business is in your relationships, not your web sites”.

You know, he’s right. And this is where the strength of your business is too.

So let me give you an exercise.

Grab a pen and paper (or a spreadsheet).

Now I want you to think about the different groups of people (or relationships) that are important in your business.

Here are mine:

Leads: (people who I have had a connection with but no money has exchanged)

Customers: you know who you are (big hugs and thanks)

Clients: I differentiate this from customers as these are people who have purchased multiple products or have worked closely with me as private coaching clients

Joint Venture Partners: These may be people I have created products with, they have promoted for me or I have promoted for them in the past.

Support Team: In my case this is my team of virtual staff who I totally rely on to keep my business ticking over.

Now I want you to think about the different ways you communicate with them.

Here are mine:

My weekly newsletter and special message emails

My blog (which has an rss feed you can subscribe to, which also feeds into facebook)

Facebook

Twitter

Emails people send directly to me or my team

Telephone

YouTube

Skype (only ever for JVs and support staff)

My Web Sites (big sob here)

Why does this matter?

Different people will connect with you in different ways. There are some people who I have developed a great relationship with via Facebook or Twitter but I know they very rarely open my emails.

Other people will reply personally to my newsletter but won’t leave a public message on my blog.

The important thing is, when it comes to your relationships and how you communicate, you don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket. Spread yourself a bit thinner. That way, if you lose one or more of your channels of communication, you can still connect with your customers and other key groups through the other means.

You will notice that the first thing we did was get my blog back up so I had a way to communicate and for you to comment back. Then I went to Twitter and Facebook (actually I tweeted and wrote on Facebook about getting the blog back up).

I already had wonderful support before I even sent my first email out to my list.

The important thing with all of this communication is to return to the first point. Authenticity. Be honest and real in your communication and you will be rewarded with wonderful loyalty from the people you connect with. Those connections are REAL relationships.

And in business relationships equal cash.

Wow what a marathon call this morning. We covered:

The basics of a Joint Venture Partnership – definitions

Win, Win, Win options in a JV

Power imbalances and what to do to correct them

Different ways you can do joint ventures amongst people who are in our community.

We then looked at specific examples of how people on the call could JV together. Wow was the tweetchat and comments through the webcast page running HOT! There were JVs formed on the spot in tweetchat and I shared heaps of JV opportunities between the people who shared their visions in the Passion to profits Challenge.

You can see these people here:

and also here:

This is just a taste of what my inner circle students get

This is just a taste of the kind of thing students in the Passion to Profits Business Building Blueprint will be doing during the 6 week intensive. Registrations close tomorrow at 12 midnight so at the time of writing you have just over 24 hours.

After this time the doors close on the bonuses and registrations for the 6 week intensive will close. I expect to see results from these students within a few weeks. You can join us over here (and do so with confidence as I back this program with a 200% guarantee.)

http://www.wonderfulwebseminars.com

How to find out more and find JV opportunities.

Listen to the replay (warning it goes for 2 hours, I couldn’t stop people sharing JV opportunities). The replay is available for everyone here.

Here is a copy of the tweet chats from the call with lots of JV ideastweetchat-010909-janetbeckers-call-on-jvs

Read my answers to people about the Business Building Blueprint here.

If you want to fast-track your success – get over and join the Blueprint program before it closes.

Then let the world know about your JV opportunity.

1. Leave your JV description below as a comment. Include your name, contact details, what your niche and passion is, what you need from a JV, what you offer as a JV

2. Check out JVs listed here and contact them. Take action

4. Wonderful Web Seminars gold members (The Passion to Profits Business Building Blueprint students) you have a special part of the forum so you get even more attention from me to help you find JVs.

5. Let me know how you go. I love hearing success stories and if they are great I am very likely to shine the spotlight on you in the newsletter or blog.

Cheers

Hi, my name is Talia Mana. My passion is to find easy ways for people to deal with stress including depression, anxiety and emotional eating. I’ve experimented with a wide variety of tools and techniques to help me overcome depression, anxiety and stress related illness, and I detailed a lot of them in my book The Art of Calm. As a failed meditator, I have continued to look for new ways to deal with stress and in October I am launching a unique concept for stress management and well-being “THE 60 SECOND SANITY BREAK”. The 60 Second Sanity Break teaches people ways to relax the mind and body in under 60 seconds, for people in a hurry! I’m looking for joint venture partners for four different opportunities. 1.
Hi Janet everyone Annie Oliveri here My passion is to tell stories to children. In October, I’m interviewing parenting experts who are as keen as I am to see children happy. It’s not just about story-telling our experts promote children being happy. The recordings will be available to our online community through membership. I’m seeking high quality JV’s to be interviewed and to promote our launch.

My name is Carrie Greene & I am a coach and professional organizer. I’m passionate about helping people getting their lives in order & calming the overwhelm. What I have learned is that getting organized has nothing to do with colored folders. As I’ve spoken to other experts I’ve found that one of the biggest impediments they see with their clients is a sense that there is no time, that they need to get organized before they [fill in the blank]. Basically, a huge sense of overwhelm & a feeling of clutter. In October I am launching a new program which will guide people through the steps it takes to truly get organized especially the steps you need to take BEFORE you pick up a piece of paper. The product is complete so this is not a “true” jv opportunity however as part of this launch I am looking for opportunities to get the word out. So if members of your network are feeling overwhelmed, disorganized, cluttered, struggle with time or task management and prioiritizing, the message I have may well be able to help them better suceed wtih the work you are doing with them. I will be happy to do a free teleclass for you list or have you invite your network to one (or more) of my free calls. I have an affiliate program so will be offering you a % of sales. Contact me via email Carrie@CarrieThru.com, www.CarrieThru.com or 973-763-5504 (USA)
Claire Organize Your Life-Vic Aust

Hi Janet, I am looking for people to interview ORDINARY people who have real life Law of Attraction stories for my Radio and Law of Attraction in Action .tv . This will give you the opportunity to tell your story This came from a survey where people asked for this rather then just the gurus. My passion is to help people simply learn to attract more of what they do want in all areas of their life help them on their journey to freedom.
Suzie Cheel-Gold Coast

Hi Janet! I work with homeschoolers (particularly new home-schoolers) and any one who has children with ADD/ADHD &/and Dyslexia. (The Homeschool Place.com). I love to work with some of the people in your group. Many of my homeschool customers are nursing mothers, sometimes for the first time, and have questions about nursing.

Last night I did one of the hardest things I’ve had to do since starting Wonderful Web Women. Select a winner from 34 incredible heart-felt entries for a scholarship for my new “Passions to Profit” Business Building Blueprint.

Reading all your inspiring blog posts, sharing your heart felt dreams and visions has made me realise one thing.
Our Wonderful Web Women Community is the fulfilment of a dream for me.
Imagine….1000’s of inspiring women who share inspiring values…making a difference to others…creating a healthy natural environmental…financial abundance for all…vibrant natural health…and living life from the heart.
A community of women (and some men!) creating a world that flourishes for all with no one left out.
To me it’s about destiny…there is a reason we are all here. I have attracted you…and you have attracted me. We have attracted each other…to help each other fulfil our soul’s purpose on this earth.
So Thank You For Being You.

I found it difficult to write this and explain how I chose the winner, so I have created this video for you.

You’ll also learn of a gift I am giving to every person who has shared their vision here, who then goes on to invest in my program. I didn’t edit the video so you could appreciate the interesting video skills of my 10 year old Clancy!

Thank you again for the trust you have placed in me and for your incredible honesty and vision.

Cheers

Janet

There are 34 entries to win a scholarship to my new program, each sharing their vision and what change they hope to make in the world.

When I read your entries on the blog I felt like crying with joy. You are all such moving and inspiring people. Wow. I feel so privileged to be able to contribute to you and be part of your lives. Check out what people have said here:

http://wonderfulwebwomen.com/blog/2009/win-a-free-scholarship-to-p2p-business-building-program/

Although the scholarship entry to my Passion into Profits Fast Track Coaching and Mentoring Program can only go to 1 person -all of you deserve it.

I’ll be making the decision tonight with the help of a bottle of red (and input from my team and mentoring clients) and I’ll announce the winner tomorrow. Keep your eyes out for my email.

I know some of you already are buzzing with questions about the program and how it works so I will do my best to answer them for you right now:

What is the program and how does it work?

In the program I will guide you step by step in implementing the system that I used to go from close-to-broke to having a responsive list, consistent abundant income, and the ability to influence 10,000s with my passion each day of my life.

The system you will learn will show you how to trigger ‘The Oprah Effect’ whereby you interview experts in your industry and through this become known as a global expert in your field of passion yourself- just as I have done.

The program will include 6 weeks of group coaching and mentoring, community mastermind groups, action plans and templates, an MP3 player packed with ‘how to’ resources, DVD and Audio packed with clear guidance, and much more.

In the gold-plus package you even get an ‘All Done For You 4 page Website’ and tech support from my ‘dream team’ so you can start building your list straight away.

In short you get ‘hand holding’ guidance and support from me and your mastermind group, and all the resources you need (including life time access to everything I use to run my business in my online resource centre) so you have a sure fire path to achieve your vision in the shortest time possible.

Will it really work for me to achieve my vision?

Yes, it will work for you just as it worked for others like Ludwina Dautovic, Lenore Miller and Juliet and Nina who shared their stories with you on our call last week. Them and the many other stars that have already used my system to create products, grow a list and a community and create income for themselves.

Not only that, we will be guiding you step by step through the whole process.

We will help you work out your ‘niche area’, contact JVs in your field, build your list and foster it as a ‘community’ and through that create consistent abundant income.

And the best part is, your success is guaranteed. If after 1 year you have followed the system as outlined and you haven’t achieved success from it I will give you DOUBLE your money back (yes that is right – I will give you money!) because I am so confident that you can do this.

Can anyone do it, and will everyone be allowed to join?

Anyone can certainly follow this system as I am laying it out in baby steps.

Not everyone will be able to get in the program however because I am limiting it to 60 spots only. The reason for that is we will be giving personal support in the programs and our resources are not endless (yet!).

This will be done on a first come first served basis. There will be 30 spots available in the ‘All Done For You Package’ (where you get your own website made, and tech support) and 30 spots in the standard coaching and mentoring package.

Is it going to be too hard, and will I be able to do it?

No it’s not going to be ‘too hard’ for you – in fact it will be easy for you if you’re committed and get into ‘flow’ with it.

You know those times when the river of life takes you away and things start to happen for you quickly and you enter the ‘zone’.

This program is designed to take you to that special place of ‘income acceleration’ and massive personal productivity–where things happen easily for you and you get the results you seek with grace and power.

The other aspect is that you are a competent and powerful person capable of anything – you can do this. Especially when you consider I will guide you step by step throughout the whole process.

And the final factor that will make this easy for you is that you will be part of a supportive mastermind group, empowering you and acting as the wind beneath your wings on your rapid flight to success.

Is it going to be too expensive?

Well it’s certainly not going to be cheap as that would devalue the product – and I will be putting heart and soul into your success during the program so I am certainly not going to devalue it.

BUT…I am going to reveal a surprise to you on Wednesday that will allow everyone who is truly committed to joining this community of passionate entrepreneurs on their fast track to fulfilling their visions to do so.

How is the course different from the others I have done and all the other courses “out there”?

This course is very different to any others you might have done because firstly it is focussed on community – you will be in a mastermind group of passionate entrepreneurs supporting you in achieving your vision- and potentially acting as your JV partners etc, providing you with accountability (and getting you into action when you need a ‘kick up the backside!)

You will also be getting step by step guidance in what actions to take to achieve your vision – as opposed to getting more info to read through (as if you don’t have enough info to plough through already).

In the gold plus package you also get a website all done for you and tech support, so you can start building your list right away. This is about ‘action’ not just more information so you can finally achieve your vision of massive influence and consistent abundant income (not just dream about it for the next 5 -10 years!)

The most important question…is this right program for you?

That is something only you can answer. The longer I am in business the more I find myself trusting myself to make decisions by ‘instinct’.

I trust myself and I know when something is right for me.

And when I do trust myself, I experience more financial abundance, more joy, more luck, more ‘chance meetings’ with just the right people, and more opportunities to contribute to my community of passionate entrepreneurs across the world.

When I don’t trust my own intuition, and don’t trust my own judgement – things never go well for me and I have lost a lot of money so I have learnt this lesson by hard experience)

I invite you to ‘feel’ for yourself whether this is the program for you-

And only do it if you get a resounding yes….

I find going somewhere quiet, and listening to my still inner voice in my heart guides me.

And I invite you to do that- take the time to get in touch with your intuition about whether this is for you…and if so, just commit to it, and a way will be made for you.

And if you keep on trusting yourself, and following your intuition, then by taking powerful action you will achieve your vision, I promise you.

I know this to be true because that is the way the universe works, and it is certainly the way it has worked for me.

For my part I know because of the limited number of spaces in the program, the program will fill up either way.

So it is completely up to you and your own personal ‘intuition’ – whether it is part of your destiny to use this program to propel you rapidly towards your financial abundance and cherished dreams and goals. It can happen for you...perhaps sooner than you believe now.

Hopefully that answers most of your questions…

If you have any burning questions or comments that I didn’t answer here then please leave a comment below and let me know what they are and I will answer them personally for you.

When I started Wonderful Web Women I had no list at all. I grew my list very fast using the following strategy. Here it is in a very simplified format:

1. Decide your niche

2. Find experts in your niche

3. Ask the expert to advertise the series of interviews of all experts to their list and send qualified leads to you.

4. Collect email addresses of all those lovely new leads

5. Interview the experts to get great information on their specialty

6. Create a product from the interview (in my case a membership site)

7. Develop lovely relationships with your new customers and create a strong business that solves their problems

Okay, obviously there are tips and tricks to each of these stages. I share all these details in my home study courses at Wonderful Web Seminars (with a lifetime 200% guarantee and generous payment plan – that’s my shameless plug).

But first, lets explore point 2: Find Experts in Your Niche

This is where a lot of people go wrong. If you chose the wrong expert, the system won’t work as well (though, shameless plug, I also teach what to do if your expert doesn’t meet the following criteria).

Here’s what makes the perfect expert Joint Venture Partner (when your goal is to grow your list). Please note, I’m assuming here that they are actually an expert

1. They have a distinct specialty in your niche

If you run a series of interviews you don’t want to have 8 people talking on the same thing. You need to cover 8 very different specialties within your niche. Otherwise your experts are competing directly with each other (not good) and there is no reason for listeners to turn up to all the interviews (boring).

2. They have a LIST

Very important. If they don’t have a list, you don’t get to build a list from their referrals. So make sure they have a way to collect email addresses and that they actually communicate with them.

3. They have a great relationship with their list

This is very important. You want to inherit a list of people that already have a level of trust. Because they refer people to you , you inherit that trust. So how do you know if they have a good relationship?

Google them

Sign up to their list

Check out their blog and social networking sites where they often drop their guard. You can get a sense of their integrity.

4. They have a product and an affiliate program

When you build your list you also want to make money. The easiest way is through referring people to the products of the expert you are interviewing. In a way it is kind of cruel if you share great knowledge with your new customers and then leave them high and dry if they want to learn more. The best experts have a product that lets your customers learn more if they want to. Even better, they have an affiliate program attached so you get paid for your effort of referring.

These are the characteristics of the ideal expert if your goal is to build a highly responsive, targeted list. There are always ways around things if your expert only has a 2 or 3 out of 4. But when you first launch your new project or business, make sure you aim for at least a 3.

“I made a post on the wonderful web forum about being a moderator and a lady replied. She lives in Griffith and suggested we meet. I rang her today and she had just started a new mastermind group in Griffith last week! If you’re not using social networking tools like Facebook and Twitter yet it’s probably because you don’t really understand how incredibly powerful these tools are to grow your business. If you don’t know how to use them strategically you can end up wasting an awful amount of time and even worse, losing potential customers instead of attracting them.

Next week I interview Nancy Marmolejo who is a world recognised expert in using social media to boost your business. All I can say is….BE THERE

In this week’s audio class I share with you very specific strategies you can use to make the most of off-line internet marketing events, such as conferences and workshops. I have used these techniques to create many Joint Ventures with experts and clients and can honestly say that these techniques are largely responsible for the rapid growth of Wonderful Web Women.

So, I suggest you take the time to listen to the audio class today. In this article I’d like to share with you 3 strategies that I use that are specific to women at events. 2 of these strategies can be adapted for men (though need to be used carefully) and one one can only be used by women (men can only use this if they are prepared to be thrown out of the event!).

An “untapped resource” – the women’s bathroom

Excuse the pun. I couldn’t help myself.

All women’s bathrooms at events have something in common that men’s bathrooms do not have. A queue! Honestly this is where I have done some of my best market research and networking at events. In fact , when I was researching to see if there was a demand for Wonderful Web Women in the beginning, I did some of my best research in the women’s toilets.

This how it works. You have a captive audience of women interested in similar things to you as you are all at the same event. While women wait for the toilets to be free you tend to the following – you fix your make up or you talk. Okay, most of us can do both at once. So make the most of the opportunity.

Just to show you that I still do some of my best networking in the women’s bathrooms, here’s proof. At the recent Bridging Heart and Marketing Conference in Los Angeles where I presented, I had a few people I really wanted to meet. One of them was Therese Skelly from www.acceleratingyoursuccess.com . She is a friend of Mary Pat Kavanagh who recommended I should seek her out. We finally met in the women’s bathrooms, swapped cards, stories and ideas on how we could work together – all in the women’s loos. So what better place to snap our photo?

Wear something unusual or gorgeous

I always make a point of wearing something creative, distinctive or unusual to an event. This can be as simple as some groovy ear rings, a beautiful scarf or unusual coat. I still look professional but I always include something that is a conversation starter. It works without fail. Most people do not know how to initiate a conversation with strangers so make it easy for them by wearing something they can compliment you on. Then you can move the conversation to business after you have broken the ice. This is so much easier for women than men because we have so many gorgeous accessories available for us.

Comment on something unique a person is wearing

This follows on from my tip above. The safest and easiest way to break the ice with a stranger is comment on something they are wearing. Examples are “I love those earings, what are they made of / where did you get them” etc. Or “that is such a great colour it is one of my favourites / it really suits you” etc.

Be honest of course, but this is so much easier for women than men. Women do this all the time, we can’t help ourselvess. It is harder for men because they are often reluctant to make such comments because they don’t want to seem to be “picking up” in a professional setting.

There are so many tips I share with you in our audio class but these simple tips are ones I really recommend you make the most of if you are a woman. They work every time and the nice part is, for women, they come very naturally.

Thank you so much for your support of The Wonderful Web Giveaway 2008. The event is over now (look forward to next year now) and I have had some wonderful stories from people who used this event to start their very first list. In fact, many people used this event to create their very first product. Good on you for taking action.

Congratulations to the winners of the Contributor contest. Thousands of dollars of prizes, but only 2 people can win. And the winners are……..

REFERRED THE MOST MEMBERS
Thanks to Reed Floren who blitzed the field. Thank you from all of us Reed as your effort has helped everyone to grow their own lists from the people you referred.

MOST POPULAR GIFT
Congratulations to Tim Sanae with his gift of “777 Background Picture Gallery”. This was a great gift and immediately useful. Interestingly, the second most popular gift, By Scott Drake, was also a graphics package. I recommend you log in (if you are a contributor) and see which gifts were the most popular. There are some surprising topics which is great market research.

REED AND SCOTT WIN
1. Mp3 player pre-loaded with 10 of his favourite interviews from Wonderful Web Women. These are interviews with the most successful women on the Internet and even people with Reed’s and Tim’s experience will learn valuable strategies.

2. Reed and Tim also win the opportunity to create a product with me. This includes an interview of Reed and Tim by me, MP3, transcripts, cheat sheets, action plans all available on CD with professional artwork. Reed and Tim also get the raw files to cut up and use as they like. Valued at $1200 each.

A SURPRISE RUNNER UP
I was so impressed with Margaret Saunders who closely followed on the heels of Reed Floren. Margaret’s niche is nothing to do with Internet Marketing and her business is still quite young. Margaret is an active gold member of Wonderful Web Women and has obviously applied a lot of what she has learnt over the last year. Congrats Margaret.
As a reward (and thanks from all of us for referring so many new people to our lists) Margaret also wins the opportunity to create a product with me.

Thank you again for your wonderful support of the giveaway event. Let me know any stories of feedback you have had from new people on your list.

One of the most common questions I get asked is how do you convince Industry experts to agree to be interviewed by you, and then how to convince them to promote you to their lists. Even more importantly, how do you do this if you are an unknown and have no list of your own at all?

There is a real strategy to doing this effectively but you can definitely replicate it in your own niche. When I started Wonderful Web Women I had no list (well, about 50 friends and relatives) because I had sold my previous business, along with the list. I was an unknown and had never met most of the women I interviewed. There are a lot of techniques I have developed which I cover in detail in my workshops but here is an outline to get you started:

5 steps to convince experts to partner with you

#1: Write a wish list of experts you would LOVE to interview if you could wave a magic wand and have the most successful and inspiring people.

I searched on Google, checked out www.gurudaq.com, went to internet marketing events and joined different speaker’s lists

#2: Go for the biggest names FIRST.

I know this seems crazy. After all, they don’t know you and logic would say to start with someone talented but not well known, and work your way up. You MUST start big. Read on to find out why.

#3: Communicate clearly what is in it for them and you

Money is not usually what motivates industry experts. After all, what they will make from joint venturing with you is probably peanuts for them. There are usually less tangible benefits for them. This is what I found really motivated the women who supported the launch of Wonderful Web Women:

1. They want to promote their business and latest projects

2. They are genuinely passionate about what they do and love to share

and, the biggest motivator of all……….

3. They were all genuinely passionate about inspiring and supporting women entrepreneurs.

Address these major motivators in your communication. Be clear, honest and brief (they are busy).

#4: When you have one agreement, let the rest know

This is important. People want to know they will be seen in good company and will often wait to see who else agrees first. That’s why I say go for the biggest name first. Once you have someone influential, the others will agree you are credible and be happy to join. You can even say “this is who else I have asked”, even if they haven’t agreed yet, and this will be enough to convince some that you are serious.

So go for the big fish first. If they say ”no” what have you lost? Nothing.

#5: Insist each speaker promotes the entire line up of speakers to their list, 2 weeks (and again one week) before you launch

This is the basis of your list building. Each speaker is helping each other to have new listeners on each call. They are supporting each other as much as they are supporting you. You must stress that they are supporting the other experts. This is the hardest part as they are busy and may not intend to forget your promotion but it gets lost in how much else they have going on. Be persistent and do as much as you can to help them (write the emails, make promotional videos or audios if you can)

Well that’s just the start, you have to do the interviews yet, but this is the hardest, and most important part done.

Good luck. I’d love to hear how you go. I hope to see you at our Quick Start Events.

Cheers

Janet

Hi

Thanks to Charly Leetham today for taking on the challenge of sitting in the Wonderful Web Women interviewing hot seat. Today Charly interviewed me about the process I used to launch Wonderful Web Women so quickly when I had no list, no reputation and no product (and no idea really). We covered so much, from how to find experts, how to convince them to support you, how to build your list quickly, right through to which software to use, how to create multiple products from a one hour interview and also touched on effective interview techniques. Pheww! That’s quite a lot really.

We had some trouble with the webcast today (kept making weird noises) so I have made the recordings available for you to download, even if you are not a GOLD member, for the rest of the week. After that, they will only be available for gold members. Here is the link to listen to the recording of the interview, and also the mastermind session afterwards.

		<itunes:summary>Hi

Thanks to Charly Leetham today for taking on the challenge of sitting in the Wonderful Web Women interviewing hot seat. Today Charly interviewed me about the process I used to launch Wonderful Web Women so quickly when I had no list, no reputation and no product (and no idea really). We covered so much, from how to find experts, how to convince them to support you, how to build your list quickly, right through to which software to use, how to create multiple products from a one hour interview and also touched on effective interview techniques. Pheww! That's quite a lot really.

We had some trouble with the webcast today (kept making weird noises) so I have made the recordings available for you to download, even if you are not a GOLD member, for the rest of the week. After that, they will only be available for gold members. Here is the link to listen to the recording of the interview, and also the mastermind session afterwards.

What a motivating coaching call today. I promised to stay on the call until all your questions were answered and 2.5 hours later we finally finished! What an enthusiastic and inspiring bunch you all are.

Today we covered a lot of ground, divided into 2 recordings. For a change today, I am making these recordings available to all our members, free and gold, as well as anyone else who you invite to be a contributor to this event.

You can listen here, as well as download the coaching call guide to print out

Here are some of the things we covered:

What is a giveaway event and how you can use it to build your list

Dates, deadlines and opportunities: Wonderful Web Giveaway

Chance to win great prizes (MP3 loaded with interviews, Joint Venture to create a product)

Ideas on creating a product

How to look after your list (recording 2)

Here are some links to get you going:

Join up as a contributor and get more info

Share ideas and get advice

Find someone to help you

Perks for GOLD members

A giveaway event that is currently running for you to check out and get ideas from – thanks to Reed Floren for organising his huge giveaway event just so we can learn from him:)

Our aim through this event is twofold:

to help our members grow their lists (the lifeblood of your business)

to learn heaps

So here’s how we intend to do this.

As well as all the benefits listed on the giveaway page, please use the forum (www.wonderfulwebforum.com) as much as possible. We visit there every day to answer your questions and share ideas.

We will also be running another coaching call just for GOLD members. This is a question and answer call specifically to help you create your product.

Transparency big time

Contributors get unusual access to all our stats.

You’ll know how many sign ups we get, how many sales, who refers the most, which product is most popular. This kind of transparency is unheard of in an industry full of hype (you know the drill “10,000 sign ups today and you’re a loser for only referring 50″)

You’ll be able to watch in real life how our team work gives results. Hey this is a first for me as well so I’m laying myself bare here

Can’t wait to see your products and hear your ideas. Any ideas you have I’m keen to hear. Also, if you have skills to help others or wish to contribute in other ways with the running of the event, just let me know.

Cheers

Janet

Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Mary Pat Kavanagh. MaryPat is known as “The Queen of Connections” and “The Queen of Marketing” because of her ability to help people create joint ventures (JV) to really grow their businesses. Today she shared with us the secrets to a successful JV and how to use social networking sites, especially FaceBook to find JV partners and develop business relationships with them.

Wow, there’s a whole new “parallel dimension” out there! I only joined Facebook yesterday in preparation for interviewing Mary Pat and what a revelation that was. At first I felt a bit nervous, a bit like you would if you were going to a party at a place you had never been to before and you didn’t know who else was there. You weren’t sure if you knew anyone but you were sure there were lots of clicks of people who already knew each other and didn’t need you. Do you know the feeling?

I only filled in the basics (I figured MaryPat would let me know what to do), followed the instructions and then found that Facebook actually suggested people I would like to meet and I knew some of them (how did it know?). I then discovered that I could use the technique my mother taught me when I started school – I simply asked someone to be my friend!

Ok. So do you want to be my friend? Just ask me here and you can join my growing network:

http://profile.to/janetbeckers/

How to use Facebook to find and nurture Joint Ventures

First, let’s define a Joint Venture:

A joint venture is 2 people (or more) getting together to create a new entity, a new venture. It’s a 2 way street in that each person contributes in the form of money, product, knowledge, contacts, hard work etc. Whichever of these they have to contribute.

It is different to an affiliate arrangement which is pretty one sided. You are not really working closely together and contributing to the finished product.

Examples of a Joint Venture

MaryPat and I are JV partners. We both created a product today together, the recording of our interview. We both promoted each other’s businesses and we are helping each other’s customers.

Another example could be where one person has a great idea and industry knowledge, but no time. The other person contributes sweat and hard work and contributes to the creation of the product etc.

How to use Facebook to find and develop JVs

First of all, go to http://www.facebook.com and sign up

Send me an invite to be my friend http://profile.to/janetbeckers/

Gradually fill out information in your profile about yourself (books, music, hobbies etc). The whole idea is that people want to form relationships (JVs) with people they can relate to, so let them know a bit about yourself.

Important. In your profile make a space to say “I want to meet people who… and my target customers (or I can help people who)…….. Be clear and specific

When you invite someone to be your friend, include a personal note about WHY (eg, I really admire your work)

DON”T go straight away and ask for help or say you are looking for a JV

DO take the time to write comments to their profile, contribute to any discussion they may start and introduce them to people you think may help them (you can do this automatically through facebook)

It’s like any relationship, you say hello and introduce yourself before you ask to go on a date!

Do join groups in facebook on your topic. There are thousands of them, you don’t have to be invited to join and it is an excellent way to find contacts in your niche.

Join niche groups: As well as a great way to find contacts (i.e. JV partners) it is also a powerful way to do your market research. If people are discussing problems they have, if you can find a solution to that problem, you have a business.

So go on, why not join me on Facebook and we can discover this parallel universe together? We can share our experiences over at the forum at http://www.wonderfulwebforum.com.

How Mary Pat Kavanagh can help you find JV partners

Mary Pat works with entrepreneurs to find them JV partners and coach them through creating these relationships. She has a unique program where she holds your hand, helps you find JV partners, helps you work out your scripts so you can approach them confidently and has an amazing new program which she runs through a private Facebook group. So you get trained on how to use Facebook for JVs, through Facebook. She has given an incredibly generous discount on her 6 month program just for Wonderful Web Women. It will cut your time to success. Here are the details:

Cheers

Janet

P.S. Will you be my friend? http://profile.to/janetbeckers/
