Lorraine King-Markum is a Certified International Coach, but she’s also one of our Wonderful Web Solutions Web Mentors (wow that’s a long title isn’t it?!)

Lorraine is holding an exclusive event for 12 people only in May 2010.

The Quintessential Encounter will be an event where you can spend time to renew your spirit, mind and body.

Held at the Award Winning Big Cedar lake resort you’ll be served with wonderful food, stay in a beautiful room, mastermind with peers, spend time planning, listening to quality speakers  (no marketing gimmicks here) and of course much more.

This is Your time to:

  • Dig deep & encounter the most authentic you!
  • “Get real” in a safe environment with other people who have come to excel
  • Unlock your own keys to stellar performance.
  • Implement the right strategies to move you past any limitations or challenges.

Go home with:

  • Solid relationships with like-minded people that will be a continued support for you and your business
  • Real time action oriented moneymaking ideas.
  • Intentional commitments based on a clear head and not a fatigued mind from hours of sitting and just listening to speakers

Lorraine says that the age of “market them to death” while they are exhausted and impressionable is OVER!”

Frankenstein model of internet marketing

One of the most frequent questions I get is “what’s the best way for me to accept money online for my products?”
The answer?
frankWell, it depends…..
I think of it as the Frankenstein model because you bolt together different components to create the best solution which at the time makes you feel like you are creating a monster. There are a few “all in one packages” but so far the ones I have used fall short of satisfactory. The main reason being, if you try to be best at everything you often end up being mediocre. For this reason, it is often better to use components from different companies, but each of those components is the best at what they do.
These are the main components you will need to create your Frankenstein:

  1. A web site (I recommend using Wordpress to create your site. This is the basis of the web sites we create for our customers at Wonderful Web Solutions)
  2. A shopping cart (this is where they enter their credit card details and it orders the product)
  3. A way to get the money in your bank account
  4. An email auto-responder program – so you can out it all on auto-pilot
  5. An affiliate program – so you can have a motivated workforce making sales for you

To keep it simple, let me introduce to the main solutions, and simply tell you their pros and cons. You can identify which solution is best for you. Read more

Ok. “Get Your Head Straight” may seem like a weird phrase to use but it’s the simplest way I can explain how to create success in your life. Every successful person I have been fortunate enough to interview has spent time at some stage really looking within and straightening out their thoughts. In fact, I would go as far as to say that it doesn’t matter how many marketing courses, technical courses and business courses you invest in, these skills will not get you where you deserve to be if your mind is holding you back.

One of the most common things we do is to sabotage our own success. Often we don’t realise we are doing it and we very cleverly rationalise why we haven’t taken that risk, actioned that opportunity or stepped outside our comfort zone.

Do these phrases sound familiar to you? Read more

Hey I’ve been tagged by a few lovely people to share with you 25 things about me. So here goes…..
Rules: Once you’ve been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it’s because I want to know more about you.

The Rules: Feel free not to write a note with 25 random things about you if you don’t want to.

1. My friends describe my style as “bohemian”. I’m a bit of a hippy at heart

2. When I was 21 I gave massages to tourists on the beach in my bikini for $5 each because I spent the rent money partying. I figured it worked in Bali. Found a great niche market!

3. I worked for years as a nurse

4. I worked as a lecturer in nursing for years at Uni and in hospitals

5. My favourite place for morning tea is my children’s tree house Read more
