I’m Janet Beckers from Wonderful Web Women, in March 2010 Wonderful Web Women will release our third Gold Members’ Publication.

This follows the success of our first publication in 2008 and second publication in January 2009 which have been downloaded thousands of times and shared through out the Internet. Each time it is shared, the contributing authors reach potential customers they would never have previously reached.

A Topic All Gold Members Can Contribute To

The title of the book is:

“Wonderful Web Women Presents: The Law Of Attraction In Action Volume 3: Over one hundred action steps to attract success in your business and your life”

Possible Topics You Can Write On.

  • Really you can tie in any topic you have knowledge on and it will be relevant. The idea is to cover as many different aspects of our lives that can be enriched – financial, physical, emotional, social etc.
  • You can write generally on a topic or give a very specific instruction on how to do something:
    • eg, how to enrich your life with craft (details on your topic),
    • How to take action to create financial independence
    • How to take action and invest in real estate
    • how to take action and improve your on-line business through article writing, blogging, masterminds etc
    • How to identify what you are passionate about
    • How to meditate, do yoga etc

Really anything that will tie in with your business and that will give people ideas on things they can do this year to create change.

  • The book will be published for the start of 2010 so the topics will be focused on how to apply these ideas to create a great year.
  • Each chapter will have a section for notes. There will be an emphasis on taking action with an Action Box at the end of each chapter with 3 things you can do to apply what you have learnt.

How to submit an article

Simply submit your expression of interest through our contact us page, with the subject line – 2010 gold book. We will then send you a template to use when submitting your entry. Actually, you can just download it now and get started.

Here is the info we will need:

  1. Title
  2. Article at least 1 page long – no longer than 10
  3. 3 action steps or summary points to include in the action box at the end of your chapter.
  4. A good quality head and shoulders photograph of you (preferably 200 pixels wide)
  5. A biography – no longer than 200 words
  6. A Link to your web site (or sites) if you have one
  7. If you have a special offer for readers of the book you will generate many more leads. Give details of the offer and how people can claim it.

You will need to fill in your email address to get a copy of the book but not to worry, you won’t be added to a mailing list other than the wonderful Web News list, which you are probably on anyway. (and of course you can unsubscribe anytime if you are crazy!)

Other Ways To Contribute

Not every one is confident to write an article though there are other ways you can contribute. Each of the following roles is voluntary and you will be acknowledged with your profile and business description in a special section at the front of the book..

Project Management

Our team will be overseeing the project and we will be using a special on-line program to coordinate all submissions and make management very easy. There is a vacancy for a person with great organising and communication skills. The responsibility will be to make sure each author meets deadlines and that all things needed for the project are received from each author. You will be working closely with our team. We will set you up with your own email address as part of our team and you will be working closely with Janet Beckers and the Wonderful Web Team. Time commitment will possibly be a few hours per week from late January until February.

Layout and quality control

The articles will need to be pasted into the book and formatted to look great. This will also involve checking for typos and making sure the publication is consistent. This is a great way for type setters and virtual assistants to contribute to the book. You will be acknowledged and your profile included in the book. This will probably be a few hours work in February.

Editor

There is a place for a person who can read through each article and make suggestions on improvement. There is no need to rewrite articles, simply check to make sure it makes sense and adds value to the reader. Every gold member will be given the opportunity to contribute so if they need extra help, this is where you come in (last year every author did a brilliant job and editing was minimal). It is useful to have a few editors as this is the most time-consuming of volunteer jobs – simply because you need to read each article and there can be a few of them! Our team will also be editing. This could be a few days work (at times that suit you) spread throughout late January and February.

Mind Movie

It would be great to create a mind movie to use on Youtube which promotes the book. You can put your name and web site in the credits at the end of the movie. Perfect for someone who provides this service through their business so they can use the movie to create leads. This would be produced in February.

Web Site Content Manager

The book has its own stand-alone website at www.WonderfulLawOfAttraction.com and each author has their photo, web site, bio and link to their offer added to the site. All of this information is collected by the project coordinator. The Website Content Coordinator simply adds this info to the web site under the guidance of the Wonderful Tech Team. This is a few hour’s work near the end of February.
